ADA Analysis Analyzes type, frequency and severity of injuries/illness to ensure Americans with Disability Act compliance.
Job Safety Analysis Based on review and analysis of video taped Job Descriptions, specific observations are made of the critical movement and task. Safety Recommendations are then provided to improve efficiencies and productivity in addition to training on safe work environments.
Return to Work Software On-line, secure, Web-based Early Return To Work solutions in which the Physician, Employer, TPA and Insurance Carrier can build consensus and provide return to work solutions on-line in Real Time.
Post-Offer; Pre-Employment Services Utilizes written and/or video taped comprehensive Job Descriptions of each specific job task with isokinetic testing. This service ensures only qualified workers are hired who can perform the physical demands of each job task.
On-Site Occupational Medical and Vocational Services Provided by experienced and knowledgeable nurses and/or vocational consultants accustomed to handling severe injuries and complex medical and/or vocational conditions who coordinate with the physician and employer to facilitate the earliest possible return to work with same employer and/or alternate job placement.
Educational Services Onsite training relating to job safety, ergonomics, pharmaceutical review, and wellness programs provided by skilled RN and or vocational case management staff.
